Cowal Council on Alcohol & Drugs is based at Ballochyle House in Dunoon and provides a range of services in Cowal to support those facing issues resulting from drug or alcohol use. Our services are free and also available to partners, family members, and friends of drug or alcohol users.
We offer confidential counselling, community rehabilitation, community based
support workers, and support for those looking for training or employment.
We also provide information and advice to improve community awareness of
drug and alcohol issues. We work closely with other agencies so that we can
offer our clients a comprehensive range of services and support.
